VRS3 is designed to measure the road surface temperature, air temperature and humidity on a vehicle.
VRS3 can be used for the effective road management and operation, safe driving and prevention of road accidents especially during the winter season and plays a very important role in determining when to spray de-icing agents onto the road.
VRS3 can be mounted on a vehicle in order to measure road temperature on the road and air temperature and humidity around the road in more effective way during driving.
VRS3 uses IR detector which allows you to measure the road surface temperature accurately. A high temperature heater and/or cooler around the sensor may affect the IR measurement of VRS3. In this case, VR3 provides accurate measurement of road surface temperature by measuring thermal gradient and compensating the measured temperature.
VRS3 measures air temperature and humidity around the road by using a digital-type humidity and temperature sensor.
VRS3 also provides the warning of black ice and ice on the road to the driver.
