SRT200 provides real-time road temperature data for the effective road management and operation, safe driving and prevention of road accidents especially during the winter season and plays a very important role in determining when to spray de-icing agents onto the road.
SRT200 is embedded into the road in order to detect the temperatures close to actual road surface temperatures in a more accurate way.
SRT200 uses 4-wire PT100 sensor which allows you to measure the temperature accurately with less influence of the resistances of the wires and the changes in ambient temperature.
Its cable is not affected by resin which used for casting and bonging of the sensor into the road as it can withstand temperature over 200℃. .
With the help of horizontal brocket designed for leveling the sensor and the surface of the road, SRT200 can be installed into the road in an appropriate and safe way.
